Well, I posted a similar idea several days ago with some different features:
To be able to save different joy scaling
files, no necessary linked to particular
aircrafts. Then, setting up three keys to
activate three different joy calib files
while flying. And a dot command to link
joy files to keys (.joy1 109fast.cal,
.joy2 109slow.cal, .joy3 109hi.cal, etc).
This way, while flying you can activate
(with a single key press)the joy calibration
conf. most optimal for you current aircraft
at your current speed and alt.
Another idea is to have a dot command to
adjust the sensibility of the trimming keys.
.trime 0 (slowest response for elevator t).
.trime 100 (fastest response for elevatot t).
.trimr for rudder and .trima for aileron.
This should simulate quite well, for example, rotating quicker or slower the
elevator trim wheel in a real 109.
