I'd like to see battle damage left in place for a while during a fight, where a gv has been killed a burning hulk, a downed bomber, airplane parts scatterd on runways, bits of buildings and such lying about the feild, would be great for filming.

+1  I have often thought it would be great if destroyed GVs were left on the battlefield. To avoid cluttering up a popular area too much they could disappear after a given length of time.  15 minutes maybe.

They would also provide some cool cover.  Until they disappeared. hehehe
Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time

4x20mm Spits (particularily the V) as a perk option.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

that would be a nice option to see - Spit V not being an over powered Model - guns with tip balance making it a really formable foe to deal with,
Now i dunno how the perk option would work but I think they could find a way to make it so you have the option of having
the standard gun package, and for perks you can choose to take off with the extra guns. Don't know if anyone can clarify if this is possible or not?

Yea I might have a suggestion Make the planes harder, more difficult for someone to fly, as they were in real life. Their handling is too dam easy. The real F-16 flight sim that the air force pilots are trained is more difficult than this. Get rid of the fly-by-wire sense of flight. The “numbers" are all by the book but the sense…
Maybe im wrong, but that’s my feeling about it.

I would hope so considering the PC power we are running this GAME on.

quad cannon Spits were used in the med. Yes please.
And a Spixteen (or a Mk IX with the CCC modding rather) with +25 boost...well wouldn't be much of a problem for HTC. Would probably need to be perked, although being from...1943?
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Thought only the 1943 Mk VC's were cropped, clipped and clapped?

Yup on the 25lbs for the XVI, in fact get rid of the XVI tag and call it what it is - LF IXe. (first use 25lbs May 1944, but current 'e' wing would push it to June/July 1944)

Increase XIV to 21lbs and give it a bubble canopy, at least make the perkies worth something.

Get rid of the frankenstein Seafire and replace with either an LIIc (most common II) or better still LIII (highest number built of any Seafire model).

What I'd really like to see for Spits -
The ability to choose in the hanger whether you want std, clipped or extended tips, and to make it easier tie an appropriate Merlin to them.
i.e For
LF IX - Clipped/unclipped + Merlin 66
F IX - Std + Merlin 61
HF IX - Extended + Merlin 71
VIII - Clipped/Unclipped + Merlin 66
HF VIII - Extended + Merlin 71
F V - Std + Merlin 46
LF V - Clipped + Merlin 55M

Don't think its possible...at the moment though.

You know I love Spits, but unless you are going to add all the other bits of weight with it, no way we should have a 4 cannon Vc.  They were only ground attack and with the bomb rack on the centerline, the extra weight of the two outboard cannons as well as the big ugly Vokes filter under the chin, it would not be a dog fighter.  And unless you can find some other photo proof, we're talking 1 squadron of the 4 cannon birds in Italy.  They took out two of the cannons on Malta as a rule to save weight.

The Seafire III or a 1942-43 Spitfire Vc with the cropped Merlin 45 would make better sense.

And what the heck, a Spit XII would be even more fun :)

Back when we got weekly map rotations I thought it would be cool to have aircraft and Vehicle debris accumulate over the week.
Just imagine the piles of wreckage there would be by the time Skuzzy logged in to reset! :lol
Of course fields and towns would have to be self cleaning, it wouldn't do to have the runway blocked by a 50 foot deep pile of vulched plane wrecks :noid

I would add the option to be able to spray gasoline on oily windshield to clean it.
Such was available at least in some Bf-109:s ;)

"They took out two of the cannons on Malta as a rule to save weight."

That, and also to save ammo and because two cannons were considered very much enough to bring down anything that flew in that area.

Probably the reason why there were quite many 2 cannon 190As too.

Was it the P51H that had the cannons? Thats what I want. And aircraft factories. Depending on how much the factory is down would dictate just how many 5.0 eny planes are allowed up at one time. :D

This aircraft depicts a converted P-51 "Mustang" fitted with an aerial camera behind the pilots position. Serving with the 111th Tactical reconnaissance Squadron, "Snooper" was an effective, high-speed camera platform.

All they'd need to do is add Bulldozers to the GV lineup.   :D
