First off, you pinged the wrong server. You pinged the one for the web page, below are the addresses for the arenas.

Early, Mid, Late War Orange Main Arena Server Address: 206.16.60.39
Axis vs Allies, Training, Dueling, Late War Blue: 206.16.60.41
Special Events: 206.16.60.38

Next, run your pingplotter longer. Your looking for a "lightning strike" here. I like to run mine for a good 10-15 minutes pinging every 10 seconds. All it takes is one or two trips with significant packet lose to get you dumped. Running it one time is like trying catching a lightning bolt.

Discribe whats happening, do you get booted, do you see waprs and so on. The more information you post the more likely somebody will be able to help you. Also, post the first third of a DXdiag report. This showes how your computer is setup and which drivers your using.
