I think the physical attributes of our little pilot person should be adjusted. As I see it, he has amazing upper body strength in regards to being able to deflect the elevator and ailerons, even in planes that are SUPPOSED to get very stiff there over 300 IAS. But he also seems to be a little on the lightweight side of normal as far as G-tolerance goes.
As far as the idea that started this thread...it is a silly place, and we shall not go there. (But if you wanted to do that, why not some sort of "force-feedback device" around your neck that inflates and puts you in the equivalent of a rear naked choke while pulling Gs...wait, I know! Deaths and lawsuits!)
