Killing ground vehicles in bombers or in fighters if you don't select attack gives you no kills. Why?

ive killed at least 7 ostis and quite a few panzers in the Arado...have recieved any credit for it.

hrm i have killed mquite a few osties (usually thinkin they're all sly hanging out in the burning hangers) and have always recieved points for them. However i have killed tanks in fighters (with attack not selected) and have returned to base sans points.

You do get points for them, however they do not appear in your stats as kills. Just wondering why.

Seems that if you dont select "attack" in the hanger you dont get GV kills. Pretty weird. Hmmmm, what about *deaths* by GVs? ....
