Anyone know how I can get the skins I've submitted removed from the game?

From AH's Terms of Service:

Quote
III.  REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

A.  You warrant that all material that you submit for publication or posting on the HiTech Creations Service will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others, or contain anything obscene or libelous.  By submitting information or materials owned by you for publication or posting on, or distribution through, the HiTech Creations Service, you will be deemed to have granted HiTech Creations non-exclusive permission to redistribute by transmission the information or materials worldwide without charge or liability.  HiTech Creations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but is under no obligation, to refuse to post, delete or edit any information that you submit or enter onto the HiTech Creations Service, including but not limited to electronic bulletin boards, databases, and software libraries.  You agree that you will not hold, nor seek to hold, HiTech Creations liable for the loss of data or the misappropriation or infringement of any intellectual property right to which you claim ownership.  You agree that HiTech Creations is the owner of any and all copyrights and other interests in the game play.

I'm not a lawyer, but the way I read the above is that skinners, by submitting our skins, grant HTC permission to distribute them and use them in the game.   Its not clear if there is any kind of provision for rescinding that permission, but I would guess there is not one, in order to keep things simpler for HTC as they go about operating their business.

Dunno why you'd want your skins out of the game anyway-- they're great additions to the Jug stable.   I consider my skin submissions to be labors of love and gifts to the AH community, and I wouldn't want to take back a gift once given.   I'm sure there are lots of players that use yours and would want them kept in the game.

I suggest you send an email to Skuzzy. Make sure you quote the skin number he gave you on the submission email reply you received from him.

It would help to identify the skin by number as in game, refer to Hammer's site for that.

I asked weeks ago for 2 of my P-47D11s to be removed as they were less then steller and better stuff is being done.

Can I ask.. why do you want them removed?
