Is there any way I can fly and drive my vehicles with just my keyboard. I have Ace High I and I can do that, but not in this one.

Here is some info on setting up the game for using the mouse. I do recommend though getting at least a cheap twisty stick. The game will be much easier to learn and you can get a nice cheap stick for about 20-30 dollars and it will be good enough to figure out if you are going to like the game or not. Using the mouse is very difficult to learn. I did it for only a short time, but when I finally got a stick the game became much more enjoyable.

Offline play is free. Two week online trial is free. Online afterwards costs 15 dollars a month.

You pay the makers of the game,  Hitech Creations inc., or "HTC".   The most efficient way to answer your questions on how to pay would be to call them.  The number is probably on the homepage.  They take credit cards (you can do that online, from inside the game), but also money orders from the post offfice.

You can set up your account when you first choose "Online" play from the main menu.  A credit/debit card is required.  If you're too young to have one, then talk to your parents and get your chores done so that you can earn your $15 per month.  If you don't like it, you can cancel with no charge prior to the 2-week trial period.  Trust me...it will take longer than two weeks to even come close to being good at this game

You can download the game and play offline as long as you want.  No charge.  That's the best bet - check out http://trainers.hitechcreations.com -- do a lot of reading, try some things offline -- learn first, then try online.
