Agree with the spaying comment.  IMO anyone who is on any type of Government assistance, and has children while on assistance should be required to be sterilized before recieving any benefits.

lmao...so does that apply to all the folks who receive farm subsidies, or how about students going to college on government loans... and what about veteran's health care and financial benefits?  Should we neuter the lot? Or maybe you can come up with a better idea?

What I meant, is I am sick of seeing and hearing of people who have been on welfare for months or years and are walking around having kids still.....

I did not see any mention of these kids or their families as being on any welfare program. I am not defending them but I think some mom's and dad's and future father's; except for the one homeless dude who got lucky one night; need a good swift arse whipping.

I leave out the homeless dude because he didn't know what was coming his way he was just glad to have a warm spot or car and a good time for a little while.

Not all homeless people are crazy old bums.  Alot are relatively normal folks who have a problem in one area or another.  Haven't you seen that documentary on homeless people in Florida?
