Either over loaded or didn't factor in altitude density properly. Could have been both in addition to a shorter than expected runway. Several factors possible there.

Ok it works now..weird.

Looks like the plane was either overloaded. Or the Pilot forgot to throttle up till it was almost too late LOL

didnt seem to accelerate right
