Character matters not a whit to some. It's about change, yes we can, and yes he will. Frying pan into the fire but hey, it's change.

those of us who care about the finer points such as track records and a candidates' integrity are far outnumbered by those who only listen to the soundbites the media barrages us all with and who allow themselves to believe the rhetoric that a candidate spews during campaign season yet has no intention of following through with.  Sad, but true...

"Politician", and "charactor"

Now there is two words that should never be uttered in the same breath let alone put in writing in the same sentance.

A Politician with charactor is like the Unicorn, and the Tooth Fairy,
They are myuthical creatures
They dont exist.

You may however find one or two politicians who ARE charactors though
Death is no easy answer

Only their financial backing matters. If the $$$ is there, everything else can be fixed.

IMHO that SHOULD be ALL that really matters but..............
It's been said we have three brains, one cobbled on top of the next. The stem is first, the reptilian brain; then the mammalian cerebellum; finally the over developed cerebral cortex.  They don't work together in awfully good harmony - hence ax murders, mobs, and socialism.

I'd say the toothfairy may have never existed. but the unicorn may have at one time existed.

or it could be a Rhino with its one prominent horn and great strength. perhaps at one time it was like a woolly mammoth.
hmmm there is something I could research on, when I have nothing else pressing to do.

and back on the main topic to answer the subject question.  yes one's character does matter.
