Does circuitcity send out emails?

Received one from them with the heading: 'You're invited: enjoy exclusive coupons & offers'

Now the thing is there is no stores where I live, so how did they get my email addy?

could just be that they harvested email addresses....but considering my latest virus experience, i'd simply delete it if you're even remotly doubtful of it.
