Another great way to advertise a squad (As I've just started one and I'm learning the advertising ways.) is to make a mission, and just somewhere randomly in the mission (not in combat of course) just say "Hey, if any of you are looking to join a good FSO squad, we're recruiting, go to vox ### if interested" Usually, we'd get like 3 or 4 per mission....
Just make sure they have a subscription (We lost 2 good pilots to that
)
