This thread is so pessimistic. Let's take a minute to look at the GOOD things:
5. Having my gallant countryman blow past three guys on my 6 to clear my 12, thus saving me untold ammo;
4. Having my gallant countryman assist me by being oh so noble enough to blow his 10k of alt to save me from the sheer terror of a 1v1 on the deck, when there are three inbound cons at 8k;
3. Having the two other gallant countrymen of mine follow the guy from point #4 down to also assist me, thus also ignoring the three inbound cons at 8k. (These guys are really thoughtful);
2. A 5th bandit being kind enough to grant me a quick death so I don't have to suffer being slowly hacked to death by his 4 other buddies; and
1. The way 90% of the people who complain in the furball area about wanting a good fight will never take you up on an offer to go to a private field in the DA. If it wasn't for their selfless action, I would not have an entire text bar of drama filled whining to brighten my otherwise dull and boring climbouts.
