hi everyone, i'm downloading this thing and stuff, and well i dropped by to see how is the user base and damn!
pretty crowded forums means good things hehe

anyway, anyone can give his/her thoughts about the game?
is it worth paying for it? how does lag play here (im in argentina after all)

No it's really crap and not worth the hard-drive space.

Unless you like flight sims of course.

If you see me online (I fly for the knights), feel free to ask any questions (or go to the Training arena for some help).

Whether it's good or not will depend on what kind of fun you are looking for.

Download it, try it offline for a while to see if you like the way the planes fly. You get a free two week trial; so be sure to try it a lot, over more than just one or two nights. Head to head play is free if you think the $30US is steep for you.

I personally like this game a lot. I don't get much lag, every so often it will pop up but not much. And my computer is under the minimum specs.

This game is without doubt the best online massive multiplayer sim ever produced.

For beginners, it has a rathr steep learning curve. This isn't exactly made better by the very good pilots in here; my two first weeks were a lesson in humility.

It's also the only game/sim I've ever played that has lasted more than three months for me. Been here since tour 3 and am still hooked.

Stsanta summed it up perfectly... 'This game is without doubt the best online massive multiplayer sim ever produced.' I couldn't agree more. Extememly fun and addicting... no AI planes out there (though there is some AI ack) Great visuals... very little lag really, (even on my poor connect). It is not easy... so don't expect to be an expert in a week. (Or even... 6 months =) ) I find if I don't fly for a few days I get rusty and it takes ahile to get back into the 'zone.'

If the planes are too tough to begin with... try a ground vehicle or a ship gunner. Or even a PT boat now. Ask for help politely, and you will find many people glad to assist. Ignore countless people calling you dweeb for this or that... it is just trash talking and you can squelch individuals or channel 1 if it bothers you.

You will need one for a while, but when you have been here a while you will start to see things come together a bit easier. The Training Arena is a good place to learn some of the basics. E-mail me, I am on the trainer's page at HTC and I will try to show you some of the "ropes".

Word of advice, dont take too many people seriously.

Ok, with that out of the way, heres another gem: When you get airborne radio to everyone your current position and tell them your a newbie - and they'll all come running to "your aid"
