HBO is doing an all day re-airing of the John Adams series starting at 1 eastern today.

if you haven't seen it yet. i highly recommend it.

For the first time since "Rome" aired I wish I still had HBO just for that series

It's truely an amazing piece of art.  I will be buying the book it is based off of next week.
