109g6/g14 and 262 Films
« on: July 07, 2008, 01:37:23 AM »
I posted three films (and alot more soon as I weed out the films through my list) on my squads website for anyone care to
take a look at them..

First is a me109g6, second me109g14 and last me262 run.

I hope you can look at it and learn from my "situational awareness" and how I fly.

Its just practice, my squadie watches me fly a 262 all time and can't believe I am willing to TnB a 262 to its max and keep it
without ripping wings off or even worse auggering. Its not skill just practice.

Someday i'm gona wish you wern't "in the sector"  :aok

i think it is funny how you tell betty you tryed to call off the squeaker, then you yourself become the squeaker on someone else's fight.

In your first tangle w/Betty your reaction time was slow.

Ok, I only watched the G6 movie to see this claimed look and learn 10sec SA for myself...

The "use recorded views" is all screwed up, think you need to record with FRAPS with "use recorded views" ticked. So we can see this 10sec SA for ourselves. Otherwise it's just a mess.

Not that impressed anyway with the leave the Tiffie alone comments and then you steal two other kills straight after yourself. I didn't see those guys calling out for help, or that you even asked if it was ok to drop in. No wonder Betty spoke out on 200. Plus for a SA movie there are more Rooks then cons.

Anyway, that's as far as I could watch.

Record using FRAPs make a bit of a movie out of it add some dialogue and then lets have a look. As it is they aren't much use for a training aid especially for SA. More just another look at me film, and really not a very good one at that.

Exactly

there are 2 types of players anymore

1.Pilots for score

2.Pilots for fun

which one are you?

The only thing that I saw that I didn't like with the G6 Film, was that on your second merge you pulled down insted of up. If you were fighting another G6, that had any skill, you probably would have lost.
I'll post a quick G6 duel If I find 1.

Yeah I noticed that and was only thing I didn't like about that film, usually like to post a few good / bad films so people
can look and learn from what I did right / wrong definally on g6 I shouldn't pulled down.

I made this quick video today in a G6. It wasn't much that I had 1 v 1s with everyone that I fought, but I was definetly out numberd.
Couple of things before I post it:
1. just before I started the film, a zeke was vulching the feild, I took his tail off.
2. at around 6:30 in the vid, you can see a decent reverse on two F4U's and get a shot on both of them.
3. and at the end of it, they took the base and I was killed. :(
