Thanks all :salute
It's been a bit of a long haul since Sarah has medical issues that affect pregnancy. We have been trying for about 18 months to get pregnant again, we changed some things to help improve Sarahs' fitness and bingo! :D
She will be in the high risk category due to her chronic hypertension (which she's had since before she was 13) so it will mean a lot of trips to the Doctors and the Renal specialists but it will all be worth it.

Mines 12, closing on 13.  You have no idea, yes it is  :D

Congratulations, your work is done, do whatever she wants, get whatever she needs.
