Gun Cam Question for the Staff
« on: May 14, 2001, 12:23:00 PM »
Is there a way we could name a gun cam saved after the flight like the option in Air Warrior? The only way at this time you can rename it is to go out of the game to whatever you use to view files and rename it.Sure would be nice to have it offer you the option to save as or delete at that time.I went through about 12 films today and renamed em.Whatdayasay HT?

Sounds like a good idea if it can be implemented after exiting the sim, I certainly do not want a pop-up window asking me if I want to name the file everytime I hit Alt-R, that might ruin my day inflight.

I agree, but it wouldn't work well to name the file when you are flying.  Maybe a way to change the name when you view it?  At a minimum, it would be nice to be able to see the file date/time info.

Actually I meant as I said like the ver. of that in Air Warrior. When you land or otherwise end up on the ground,It has a screen that comes up that asks you if you would like to save the film. This is aftr you go back to what is our equivilent of being in the tower after landing.
