it's funny how people from all over the world concern themselves with the goings on here and yet cry foul when someone points out to any euroabsurdity we may find amusing.  I don't think we care so much as we are amused and laughing at you.  it's about the comic relief not the actual issue being discussed.  don't you see that?

"LONDON - Presidential contender Barack Obama defended his decision to travel to Europe and the Middle East on Saturday, saying that problems encountered by Americans at home are often best dealt with by working with allies overseas."

new world order, obama style. After obama is in power, he will enact "reasonable gun control" just like England, i guarantee it.

Europeans are very interested in what happens in the US, should we not be interested in what happens in Europe?

I only partially quoted it because the judge's behavior was so silly that I thought it might derail the thread.   :aok

Not really any of your business now, is it?

How many of you would take offense if British folks started poking at you for your idiotic litigious manner in handling anything from a hot cup of coffee to a drug related miscarriage?

Why do you care so much what happens in Britain?

Why do you care what happens in the United States?
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Well...you'll never see 500,000 Americans attending a campaign rally for a European politician.

Why do you care so much what happens in Britain?

Why must you post all of your comments and opinions about what goes on in the U.S.?

Ahh yes, the "your stupid comments justify my stupid comments" defense.  Well played.  Not valid past the second grade, but well played anyhow.

are all brits tiny, green and talk funny?

i don't understand why nobody likes 'em... the brits are apparently saving us a ton of money on our car insurance.

...and they keep my cat entertained too.

Why do you care so much what happens in Britain?

Because it pisses you off.
Why else?

Oh, I see.  It is the old elementary school, "He did it first! WAAAAHHH!"  Got it.

And people wonder why Americans are so reviled all over the world.  Could there be a clue here?
