Please, use gray scale colored maps. Actual colors mess up with green bars and dots.

"Custom colors can now be configured for icon and map display for friendlies, enemies, wingmen, squad mates and mission participants. Customize colors by clicking on Setup, then Colors on the clipboard."

New to version 1.07!   ;)
Change enemy and friendly colors and it changes the icons and map bars/dots.

But if you look at say the BOB1 map, the background of the actual map is garyscale, and it makes the colored icons (regardless of what custom colors you assign) much, MUCH easier to view and distinguish.

Good idea, I hope this indeed gets changed.

I agree, GREYSCALE the maps!
(And editing colors via setup doesn't help me at all)

I agree also.  Editing colors has only helped marginally.  I especially had a problem with the new Mindanao Map.  The green bars blended in with the map.  I think they've fixed this to a degree.  Making the maps a gray-scale would help a lot.  Sometimes I find myself changing colors depending on the map and the time of day even!
