The weight of knowledge...
« on: August 06, 2008, 07:08:41 AM »
...must be around 20 kgs!

I've received the first package of a JAA ATPL distance learning theoretical course and, even if I had some idea of the complexity, I still went  a few times while browsing through the exercises... If it was a sim, I would say that the learning curve is beyond steep...

I know that the career opportunities are taking an ugly downturn right now but I'm 38 already and this course should keep me busy for the next 2 years. I'll see what's around for me after the exams and decide then if I can reasonably invest more time and money into CPL, IR and MCC.

Please contribute to my discipline and kick me back to my studies if my posts on this board are not commercial aviation-related  ;)
