Damage and struct limits ?

Is it hard to implement ? You hit someone's rear fus with few rounds (20mm ?) It 'weakens' his a/c frame and if he pulls some high G (that can be safely pulled in 'new' a/c), he brokes his tail because of those hits ?
In real life it's close to impossible to know if some important structures of the frame damaged. In the game would be nice to have some sound feedback of 'breaking' frame ?

On a related note...a 20mm shell hitting the fuselage should do nasty things to the aluminum covering (sort of like opening all of your car windows on the highway).  Is there a point where speed is effected significantly?
