Type the following, minus quotes into the radio buffer:
".time hh mm x"
Where:
hh = hour
mm = minute
x = time multiplier.
E.G. ".time 15 30 2"
This makes it 3.30pm, and time runs twice normal speed.
The clock works on military time. Anything before 1200 [noon] is done with a zero in front of it. 6am would be 0600. Once you hit 1pm you have to add 12 to get the time. 1pm would be 1300 hours, 2pm 1400, and so on.
