I can't help but wonder why we have the 32 player limit in squads. For most that number is sufficient but there are some groups that are penalized by this. AH is growing, and the squad limits should reflect that.

How about upping the squad member limit or even better yet making a "link" command that allows the 2 squads to show on dar. Would make things alot easier for those who want to coordinate multi-squad cooperative efforts beyond the mission editor.

Even better, allow custom colors for the dar/icons for those other units to show on your box.

It would be nice to hear from the HTC crew on what might be in the works for this.

What is the current limit on players in one arena?

A squad should be limited to a size that doesn't totally skew numbers for one country within the arena player limit.

Its bad enough already.

When CO of JG2, we had 3 squads with different ID's such as 1/JG2, 2/JG2, 3/JG2. At one point we had almost 70 squaddies, but I might add, we never had more than 25 online at one time. Would the 32-plane visualization limit be the reason why? I dunno.

It would be nice though to be able to set icon colors or dot-dar colors to represent coordinating squads, to be configured by the user. Another fine example would be Rip's MAG, which the squad I'm in is part of. It would be nice to be able to tell the other squads who are MAG members by the color selections.

It's the comradship, plain and simple.

The Damned have 3 squads in AH, MKV, MKL and MKX. Our latest branch the MKX, was recently formed for the more active of the Damned. The vast majority of us are former Air Warrior Damned and pilots.
