Supporters say Pakistan's Musharraf could quit

Seems Musharraf may announce his retirment this coming Pakistani Indipendance Day rather than be impeached and have to declaire martial law.

Is anyone up on the temperment of the new ruling party and what they might or might not do with Pakistans nukes?
