Help identifying soundtrack

Anyone? First song in this video:

Sounds like something out of a western, possibly from Jerry Goldsmith.

I listened to it, but I cant say.  Parts of sound familiar, like a John Waynesque flick (She Wore a Yellow Ribbon) something from the late 50's or early 60's like How The West Was Won or some like that.
really no clue.

I would even guess that the 2nd track is from the same movie, or at least it seems like a 2nd track, the song kinda jumps or skips at about 1:26 into the video

sounds like John Tesh ( not sure how to spell his last name - too lazy to look it up)

Finally found it. I was not far off, but it wasn't of the western genre, but a sports movie (underdog that becomes a hero).

It was "Rudy", soundtrack by Jerry Goldsmith
