Every member of this board has access to the "Report to moderator" link in every single post. If you chose to ignore using it, then you are allowing anything to be posted and probably to be gotten away with.
I do not have the time to read every thread on this board. No one does. If you want us to review a post, then use the "Report to moderator" link in that post. I guarantee it will be looked at.
No one has to have a "thick skin". I find reference to that disgusting that people are not to be allowed to have civil discussions because someone cannot leave their ego at the door. If you think people need a thicker skin to be active here, then you probably do not belong here.
At the same time, just because you think someone is trolling does not make it so. Read the forum posting rules if you have a question about what is allowed and what is not.
