HT, squelch command

HT,

is it possible have a permenant squelch list
for each player?  like .squelch (normal)
and .squelchp (perm list) and have the list
held on the user HD and loaded on login.
get tiresome having to squelch the same 1s every day/ loggin. if its simple maybe add it to 1.06? or 1 of the 1.05 patchs.
