For the last week or so, I have been having a prolem when I try to enter the Training Area.
Approximently half of the time, I get the cache loading screen and my computer goes into a hard lock. There is no progress on the bar and no file listed as being loaded yet. The longest I have let it sit before I did the manual reboot was 30 minutes. I have not had any problems loading any other arenas, nor do I have a problem if I enter another arena first, then enter the TA. I have frequently been in offline practice (working on skins) before going online and then the TA. I tend to go to the TA first becasue sometimes I need to recalibrate my controllers before jumping straight into a furball.
My rig is an XP Pro Intel 2.4 Quad Core with 4GB RAM, dual NVIDIA 8600GTS 512MB's running in SLI on an ASUS Striker Extreme 680i MB, hooked through a cable connection that consistently hits Texas at 12MB/s down and 3MB/s up.
