Good Idea, but I cant buy a house for my family, much less one to rent.  One of the reasons I need the extra income is to get a down payment saved for my own house.  Having a bankruptcy a few years ago has hurt me in the financing market.

Don't laugh, but I've met several guys who left corporate jobs to do landscaping. It's slow at first, but once you start building a clientele, you can make serious money. And once you have a crew of minimum wage guys to do the actual work, it's all gravy.
