:rofl You new in AH?  Here is how base capture is done in the MA AvA and all the other arenas.  Not always, but I would say about 70% to 80% of the time.  The rest would require more complicated code for attacking a base with huge numbers.  I am not that good to write that now lol

while( side_A_attack_side_B() ){
    If ( resistance ) {
        try{
            Players->move_to_undefended_base();
        }
        catch( WhineEchecption e ){
            printf("%s", e.what());
            General->complain_about_spyies();
        }
    }
    else{
        Players->capture_undefended_base();
        General->hi_five_players();
        Players->hi_fiveve_eachother();
    }
}

True, but if a town pops up after catpure than they would at least have to work for it by taking down the town again and the defending side would have some notice.

None of that mattered.

A month of early war set ups killed any appeal the AvA may have had. It stayed dead despite the new and challenging set up. Americans popped their heads in and found for like the 4th week in a row that the best thing they could up is the P40.

Then they bailed.

You guys didn't vary the plane set enough in between the wars. Just offered one early war set after another.

I think that when there is no war going on in there, someone should announce it in the BBS so the guys that were chased away from that arena in favor of numbers, would go back.  As it stands now, I log in there once a month just to see how sad it is.

Hey, pay attention, dude, we've been announcing the weekly setups since the end of the previous War.

It's August.  Things almost always slow down during this month.  I haven't been able to log on myself more than once a week because of a variety of factors.

Fellas,

Would you consider changing the map to the new Tunisia Map before the war?  I can't find it to download anywhere to look at it offline.  I re opened my account to take a peek, mainly to see this.  I know TheBug and staff have been busy working on making this happen.  I really need to be able to download map before the actual battle begins, due to dl limitations on my part.  So, if you can help a brother out? :D

Check the AvA arena. I believe Fork loaded it about half an hour before your first request, you probably just missed it.
Easy in-game again.
