Well fatties, apparently if you step up your intake just a bit more, you can delay, if not outright avoid, standing trial for murder.

EDINBURG - The Hidalgo County sheriff is trying to figure out how he's going to arrest an 800-pound woman accused of killing her 2-year-old nephew.

We're told Mayra Rosales can't fit through a door to leave her home. She also can't go to the county jail, because she needs extensive medical care and could die.

When the investigation started, Rosales told deputies she accidentally fell on her nephew while babysitting. But autopsy results show the toddler was hit at least twice.

That's a local story here. I was just discussing it at the office today. I told folks there I don't see the problem. We're in South Texas. We deal with cattle here all the time.

They send cowboys with whips and cattle prods to move her out of the house. They haul her in a cattle trailer to the sale barn, and put her in a pen there for the trial. Then when its time, down to the slaughterhouse she goes. No problem at all.

I still don't understand why everybody was looking at me with those horrified looks on their faces.

Chances are we are already paying for her "expensive medical care" that I'm pretty sure was brought on by a poor choice in life style.  I agree with Culero, hire them boys at King or XIT ranches, or both, and hog tie that biotch and put her in jail.
