eith the allies, they wer fighting the germans same time as America, though never considered "Allies" with one another.

obviously we would need to have some balance because yes the allies have better bombers and a few more planes, but with some minor tweaks like with building resistance and gv vehicles it could be a very fair and fun arena.

I am with you on that, but for game balance you would still need to make sure that one side is not too powerful.  Some minor tweaks is all that is called for.  Main point here is that something new is needed for the AVA, something more casual where all can come and go and where one can find their favorite rides, but still have a semi historical feel to their fights.

People don't fly in that arena, one because players never know whats going on

Good observation.  I've poked my head into the AvA a couple of times, saw some planes flying around, thought hmm... must be an event or scenario or something, I better not intrude then left.  And that's mostly why I've never gone back; I don't want to intrude on an event.
