I can't relate to what most are having to deal with here. Some of it sounds like it sucks pretty bad :( Instead of overreacting and PMing someone when they get the best of me whether I think it's fair or not, I just figure that it comes with the territory and also requires a certain amount of maturity to refrain from this sort of behavior.

Question for Skuzzy...When you get the phone calls and the emails concerning this, do you ever just want to line up all the involved parties and one at a time just slap the piss out of them? Just curious.

These two are from rawwdog after a fight in the MW arena.  He was stupified on how a P-38J could turn with a Hurricane IIc.

And this one happened today after I shot down valdals.  He too was stupified on how a P-38J could out maneuver his Hurricane IIc or maybe it was from shooting his chute afterwards.  While not a PM, it still was very funny.

I like the Valdals one... why people bother to get in a chute is a mystery to me.. then they get mad when thye get shot... good humor.

Same here, I don't even have the bail out key or open chute key mapped in game.

The open chute key does seem extraneous. I just exit flight instead.
It might make some sense to bail out, since you do get slightly better points for bailing than crashing.
Still, I'd never map it to the controls, since with my luck, just as I got on target, I'd bail out  :lol

IIRC, the default binding for bailing out is pressing 'Enter' three times.  After accidentally bailing out a few times typing to squadron mates or others, I just unbound the keys for it.  But as you pointed out, it's pretty worthless unless you're going for score.
