As a guy who uses a mouse, the ability to use macros/hot-keys might help level the playing field against joystickers. Or maybe not.  I am not complaining.  I am very happy to fly using a mouse (actually my weird preference). 

Having the ability to hit one key (or key combo) and have it execute the keystrokes that one would need to type into the dot command buffer would be a nice feature.  Maybe this feature already exists and I am unaware???

Please post here for serious requests involving keyboard shortcuts to get to pre-existing features or even new features related to keyboard shortcuts.

2) A key to pop up the E6B, even if your clipboard didn't have it popped up already. If clipboard minimized, brings it to forground. Hitting again would minimize. Basically it's like the "clipboard" key, but it pops out the E6B when it does it, instead.

Well I would say that the E6B is phoney to begin with.  A real E6B is a flight computer/cicular type slide rule for computing aircraft performance and more.
So.  My wish for this would be a seperate button all together that would bring it up and you could position it and size it, for when say you are in F6 mode.  It would be handy to have just the E6B and not the entire clipboard/map.  If a player wants both then hit the keys to bring them.
