It does however deal with the speculation that Hawaii was indeed a state when Osama claims to have been born there.

Bogus or fact, it doesn`t matter.
If it is a legal lawsuit filed according to law, then an investigation and a legal decision should be reached.
I don`t believe Snopes would be appointed judge.
There is also the question of whether he is in fact still a citizen of another country.

I would think that if the media was,for the most part, unbiased (read that Fat Chance) that a person running for POTUS being accused
of falsifying his birth certificate and having a lawsuit filed concerning this, it would be of much interest to the public.
We certainly heard about the lawsuit filed against the McCain campaign dealing with the use of an unauthorized song.
I guess that`s more important.
