That's scary stuff when you think about. How many here were better spellers when they were in the 4th grade than they are now. I know I was. But these kids can't spell at all. Where in the world is their mom and dad?

We kept tabs on our kids homework and schooling. Heck one of my daughters is a novelist.

True, but that doesn't work when not only do they spell the word wrong, but they take letters out, add new ones, and change the order in which they're placed.
