What about foil?

Hi all.  I think it would be great for strategy if we had the ability to drop aluminum foil strips just like they did during the war to make enemy dar think large formations were coming.  Good idea?

Sure...20 perks to arm them, and ya dont get the perks back if ya use it    ;)
