The AvA arena sure looks deserted...

With no BarDar, guys come in, see nothing going on, and leave.  Same as happened when they did that in BoA.  :(

Arena was reset today because of new tour, maybe was a small hiccup.  No arena setting changes were made today that I know of.  Troop capture was confirmed at 10 also, not sure why it seemed like 2 was working??
