Need password! No help from support email

I have sent 2 e-mails to support@hitechcreations.com and have not had a single reply!

I accidentally unchecked the "save password" box and I don't recall what my password was before. I tried the "resend password" button, but i must have registered my "p39man" account under a different e-mail address or something because it's not going to my email! That or HTC has some kind of yahoo email blocker installed as I use only yahoo.

Please HTC, I'm a paying customer, and not being able to play a game that I pay for is not money well spent. So if an admin sees this, please respond, my account is p39man.

I have had issues with yahoo and Skuzzy informed us all that yahoo purposely delays email for up to a week. You could always call HTC.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

check your settings folder in the Aces high folder. Look for a "login.cfg" file. Open it with notepad. If you had saved your login once it should be there.

There it is! If only I had known this before I clicked on resend password :(. Thanks anyways.

This would have helped 2 days ago, but at least I now know about this. Too bad they reset my password :(. Yeah, I'm gonna have to call since they haven't e-mailed me. This sucks. I suppose they aren't in on the weekends?

Why hasn't an admin, or someone from HTC posted in here yet? Or tried to reach me? Not very professional.  :huh

Don't be so quick to judge...I've sent a couple of emails to support, and they've responded in one business day.  Having Yahoo as your email is your problem here:

The speed of the delivery is all dependent on your email service.  Many of the email services treat our registration server as a SPAM server and refuse to discuss it with us (Yahoo, sbcglobal, and others).

If you use Yahoo as your email address, it can take up to a week to get a response and then it will be in your SPAM folder.  Yahoo deliberately delays email delivery from us.

Same here ImADot.  My system crashed the other day, so I had to re-install Vista.  I had to contact Skuzzy via e-mail to resend my password.  I had it in less than 24 hrs.  :aok

As stated already, Yahoo delays things sent by HTC.  HTC has contacted them in the past but Yahoo refuses to do anything about it.  Last time I spoke with Skuzzy he said he had over 800(?) e-mails to look through from just one day.

Support emails are answered within 24 hours during the business week.

If you use Yahoo, expect those emails to take up to a week to get to you as Yahoo deliberately delays delivery and then they will put the email ini your SPAM folder.  There is nothing we can do about it.

mchsi and sbcglobal block all email from us, which means you will never get an email if you are using those two email services.  Nothing we can do about that either and we are an AT&T/SBCGlobal customer.  How's that for kicks?

I understand the frustration, but these are things out of our control which is very frustrating for us as well.

I use to have that problem with our mail server. It's pretty much taken care of itself after installing an SPF record with -all as the option(not ~all).

If you'd like to discuss this, I think you have my phone number.

The only one that wouldn't work is Hotmail. Even after registering with their system we still have problems. So, I simply said "OK, you are going to block us, I'm blocking you". We no longer accept any mail from Hotmail. That and I found it ironic that Hotmail was one of our bigger spam producing systems. They block just about everything as spam, but do nothing to prevent it from originating from their system.
