In regard to the post from Skuzzy in the above sticky regarding spcglobal. I have spcglobal and have received all responses from support in a timely manner. This may be because I have added Hitech to my list of contacts. It is suggested that anyone who sends an e-mail to Hitech support, simply add them to your contact list to ensure that it does not go into your spam folder or simply not delivered.

Are you getting email notifications from the bulletin board as well? How about if you request your password to be sent? Just want to clarify. They change around what they block periodically.
