Squad Vox Channel Availability

This is the same problem the C-Hawks had. We just used better vox discipline and its been working.

We have twice your numbers too (75ish I think, although we only have 20-25 on per squad night). Just tell your guys to use the text channel instead of the vox channel as much as possible.
