lol. We don't mention it here in Texas because it's a given.  If you don't have beer you might as well not have the meat or the bbq pit

I actually have a spiced ale that I made (coriander, pepper, garlic, blah blah) including some hot peppers.

I know it sounds gross, and yes, it has a pretty warm finish (burning bunghole)

It is drinkable, but definitely MUST be paired with a meal.

Otherwise, it is the best marinade I've ever used
