I was just looking at my scores and kills and other than being dismal I noticed something.
Last night I was in a Yak, shot up a Lanc, then collided with him and had to bail out giving him the kill.  I popped my chute and noticed the bomber I hit was on fire and, when it went down I got the kill as I floated to the ground.
Now, my score sheet says I have 43 (I think) kills.  Then under kills it also says I have 43 and lists one of them as being in a chute.  I counted them individually so the 43 is right.  That means that the kill in a chute counted in my fighter kills.  They never used to.  They used to be in "kills not counted toward rank", and not included in your main scorecard.  I also noticed that the "kills not counted toward rank" line is no longer listed under kills.
When did this change?  Will all kills in a chute now count toward the aircraft you were in before you bailed?  Will time in a chute now count toward sortie time?  Will field/ship gun sorties somehow be figured into score?
Or is this some sort of bug?
