"Two Democrats and one Republican voted for the subpoenas,"

this has nothing, i say nothing to do with politics.  :lol

Since when do people of their be the first to stand in line to rat out a fellow party member? if it were a Dem being called there would be 2 Reps and one Dem.

oh man, I just saw your killer whale eating penguin dropplets.  Lol,

you can do better than this  :aok

Righties are whack jobs who enjoy repeating the same mistake over and over, and willing to do it again. Party-liners (of any party)..... the narrowest minded people on earth who favor victory over truth and avoid truth at al cost.

Not one of the post in this NG I read was kept on subject by the righties, not one. They all resort to personal attacks and discrediting to avoid realism, of almost any form.

Stupid twice, likely to be stupid thrice.

Yall lead the way the last eight years by voting in the name of victory over truth, and you expect us to think you have a clue? "Thanks, but no thanks" I'll lead my own way this time.

I'm sure you see the last 8 years as bliss too.

hey animl.. quick question.

besides calling me a whack job, that makes the same mistakes over and over, and being willing to do it again, and resorting to other generalized fallacious histrionics that seem to by your party's stock in trade..

Do you have anything meaningful to contribute? Or do you just intend to continue to piss down our backs and tell us it's raining?

Skyrock,

Did you even read the article?  It would be so unlike you to hastily read a title, opinion or comment and then come to the wrong conclusion...

Reading and comprehension are two different subjects.

I don't recall mention anyone but righties, and whack-jobs. Are you associating yourself with a tribe?

My point is,.. and I'm sure someone will find fault in this too, instead of staying on subject,.... seeming;y to me righties with a white knuckle death grip on pure party, are like,.. trekkies.. Especially when it comes to Paline.

While Bush's approval rating is in the low 30%, that also translates to 70%+ believe they (maybe you included) put the wrong guy in office,... twice. And all the time they did it they pressed the same holier then thou claims and defense for the Rep party, excusing and ignoring all that went wrong on their watch and all the warnings and red flags that came before the fact,...twice. Credibility isn't very strong, but the tactics are still the same regardless.

Who do you blame when a bank robber is left alone in a bank with the vault wide open, and he money comes up missing?

Back to your contribution to a thread statement,... not very many righties in here kept the thread on subject and resorted to personal attacks as smoke and mirrors to distract from issues brought forward. I wouldn't call the contributing to anything other then "the cause, how ever ridiculous". it doesn't matter if Bozo brought the issue forward, if it's factual it's factual.

Since I am independent, I just call em like I see them and venture for truth more then victory,... those with reverse agendas will rebel with ignorance.

Party-liners = trekkies with pinhole vision. (of ANY party)

That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. :)

If I offended you, well maybe I'm offended that our elections are played by some as a sick game show gone nuts and the results we all suffer from for 8 years because of it. <shrug> So be it, feel offended at will.

And yall want us to view you who put them in twice as those from the wise tribe?  Well IMO, I think not, especially when so little has been learned or accepted that are recklessly willing to do it a 3rd time based on party victory. It's amazing to me that some haven't learned anything from what we've been suffering the last 8 years.

And if you call me a Lefty for saying that, well then I suggest your a little deeper in party line then I thought.

While they say Obama is not prepared or experienced enough, they refuse to acknowledge anything that will point that Paline isn't. Most of the realism part that Paline is being credited for in experience is based on half truths, and some complete nonsense.

If ya bother to research the woman honestly, you'll find most arguments are based on people thinking with whats between their legs, instead of what's between her ears.

If call lefties out too, it's just Reps are well known for running campaigns with bombardments of half truths, down right lies, fallacy and swift boating. They invite people to challenge their form of truth in doing so. The cry fowl or change subject when they are questioned about it.

In a nut shell, IMPO, Paline ain't all that. For one, she never did a lot of things the way she said she did, and the only troops she visited in Iraq were Alaskan people in Kuwait. She like Billary being under sniper fire gave herself more credit then was due. Quite frankly, the woman has been telling stories. She likes breaking every bone in her arms and shoulders to pat herself n the back,. with half truths.

I didn't see anything in there to be alarmed about. But if you want to be alarmed why don't they do just a nth of the investigation of Obama has they have Palin. I'll bet your heads will spin from what they find out. But some of you folks just bury your head in the sand in spite of having the truth right in front of you. It's sad to pathetic.

I think they have attacked Palin in 3 waves so far and I think she has only been out there for 3 weeks. Sure don't see that with Obama. I think the last attack centers on her being a Christian. Hmmm, might that be attacking about 90% of us.

What independent candidate has a snowballs chance in hell of getting elected? Regarding the personalities and the campaign platforms.. Politics being politics, haven't seen anything really new in the way it's being played.. just new players playing at the same old game.

Next, the republican candidate has had huge problems with his base because he's more of an independent...  which oughta have some impact with you, but apparently can't because you manage between breaths toss a sack at politicans that defy their party lines and the lemmings that blindly follow the party line.

Then, we get to your objections to the republican VP candidate.. you accuse us of thinking with our dicks because we argue that her qualifications as a leader are comparable with the top of the democratic ticket.. I'll not argue her presence on the ticket is to excite the republican base and get the head of the ticket elected.. which at this point, seems to have been a good move. And yes.. most of us have in fact researched her.. and find your insistence that we have not researched her, while spelling her name wrong at least 4 or 5 times is freaking laughable and speaks volumes as to who's bothered to actually research the subject. Which pretty much renders your complaint in the realm of whining, democrat style.

Finally.. and back to my first point; if your an independent; tell me.. just what do you expect to bring to the electorate that has a chance at getting elected? Nothin. So, being an independent myself.. and a pragmatist, I gotta prioritize in the light of reality. I'm not at all charmed with the concept of putting a democrat in the white house.. I don't want liberals appointed to the supreme court and I want to attempt to neutralize a democratic congress.. which by the way; and using your poll numbers, is exactly three limes less popular than our current republican monkey-boy president.

I'm not voting for a 'party'.. I'm voting for what I think is best for the country. Lots of others feel the same way. But to arrogant self important know-it-alls, anybody that supports slowing the slide to socialism with the poor choices presented to the tools to get it done with becomes a 'whack job', and a target for diatribes.

Which takes us back to where I started with you... Do you have anything meaningful to contribute? Or do you just intend to continue to piss down our backs and tell us it's raining?

what plane are you building now, dude?
Yeager :D I'm building a KR2S.
Somewhat modified.
Have a look here: http://krnet.org and here: http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford
They're a nice little plane, quick and agile but relatively easy to build. Very time consuming though.
Hopefully I'll be wearing this KR grin in my own aircraft in about 4 or 5 years :D
This was taken at Easter this year when I went up in a friends KR to see just what it feels like.
