The last one in this list is the 1066 version of what I have (mine is 800).
Here's a list of DDR2 800 available at newegg from your mobo list (all of these are cas latency 5):

Seriously considering the 1066 version of yours.
Something to note to anyone else who might be browsing this thread
When shopping Newegg I noticed you can sometimes find deals on the same thing if you dig a litle deeper
If your looking for Ram and your looking for more then one stick.
Or in this case 4
Look a little further into the list. You might find better deals
Looked a little father and found the same ram for a little less. Only like $4, but hey.
Thats $4 less I pay. And I have to pay sales tax on $4. Whopping savings of only $4.28 I know (here in Jersey)
But hey.
Thats breakfast tomorrow
Same model number. Just packaged as 4, 1 gig sticks in one package.
Kingston HyperX 4GB (4 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Quad Kit Desktop Memory $80

Actually. Is there any real difference between the 2 1066 Items you listed other then the price?
They are near the same model number(KHX8500D2K2/
2GR Vs KHX8500D2K2/
2GNR & same settings.
And the less expensive comes with a warranty.
Anyway.
The deal I found for the 4 sticks seems to be the best balance of price and performance.
And its only a $4-15 step up from 4 gigs of 800 which comes out to about$1.- $3.75 a gig more.
Challenge,
I like Corsair ram just fine.
I know its GREAT ram.
I just like Kingstons price's better.
This fits better in my price range and I've already gone over what I initially wanted to do. LOL
Anyone with any better suggestions? Or reasons why I should go with something else?
Again Thanks a TON for all the help
