maybe linked to the mission editor/viewer but not essential.
maybe when you enter this channel it squelches all others?? (except 900's?)
The object is for the mission creator to facilitate a text upload to the breifing channel probably via the mission editor.
The viewable text buffer would be scrollable and even better if it could be captured or copied.
Even better if this text was uploaded with the mission and viewable at any point/time whilst joined to the mission. (FE would drop it when the player left the mission)
Presumably it would have a defined maximum length.
