Can any one answer honesty HOW they choose the area they enter.......I always look for squadies first..its a krap shoot if you can get in that area or not.... My second choice used to be higher numbers think bigger numbers mean better chance for a fight.....now i log in to mw first( if no squadies are on} and see whats going on....

The reason I like MW is it's a little more intimate. I come to know my opponents better than LW and that to me is more fun. For example if Twinboom, Schuffler, Von Holtz or AkAk are on the rooster than I know who's in the lone P-38 and the same goes for other guys who always fly their favorite rides. I do like LW from time to time but skies filled with planes all the time doesn't always make for a fun time.

Let me guess????????? Was his handle butplug errr I mean Fireplug. I've read the dude on 200 challenging Schuffler for accounts. I've tried and the guy is very hard to like.

Ah you're familiar with his work I see. ;)

[ Immediately one of the EW toughboi's starts calling one of our guys a spy on 200. Then the same clown starts challenging everyone to duel for accounts.

That is so funny what does it mean to duel for accounts???? :-) and why do I need their account??? People play this game like their lives depend on it,
As a real life pilot I like to play this game for fun. I know I have been challenged to play for accounts but I just  laugh at the squeakers :lol

LOL dueling for accounts?  Never heard of Fireplug, sure sounds like someone that would be very fun to hunt though.

I enjoy midwar more then any other arena.  I think the reasoning behind it is that I've flown with just about everyone there at one time or another, or been killed or killed any of those that I haven't flown with. I even have fun on 200 talking to the enemy, especially Illigaf  :salute, who has yet to drop me cheese rather then high explosive to my GV.  Yes there are some personalities on there that aren't the best or bend the rules to pad their scores but, I'm not going to let it ruin my fun.  Albeit there seems to be an excessive amount of good p-38 sticks in there given the number of players :O,  Well I'll just stick to my lowly F4u-1 till someone teaches me how to fly a 38 properly.  I'm happy with midwar the way it is and hopefully it stays a freindly environment for the most part.

:salute to all the midwar players

Flew in there a bit last night before heading out.  The fights had a much better pace to them without having the numbers in the arena to horde.  There was however a certain number one ranked player who who was so confident in his skills he ho'd every single merge.  Too bad that didn't work out for him.

Good fun though, I even saw storchita there.

Once again I unfortunately know who your referring to. I killed his 38 twice with my 110 and both were clean kills, however he started whining about it  :furious being impossible cause he's awesome. I suggested that if he fly a 38 to keep his e if he expects to outclimb a 110 with e.

Storchie sings at a gay bar a couple of nights during the week so you picked the wrong night.  :lol

I don't fly 38's but I will attempt a Ho when out #'ed...how bout you?

Same ole argument/ accusations from the same ole double standard people.

Because it's so common I'm always expecting one...  especially from German aircraft  and P38 b&zer's. I avoid about a dozen every 2- 3 hours of flight. That's a fairly accurate statement seeing I usually fly for the lowest # side in MW....IN FACT , I even named my one man squad after it.

the midwar seems to be a great place to have some serious fun and learning at the same time. The guys that fly in there are for the most part very good sticks.

from my point of view, there are some guys you might not like, but you gotta respect em. akak throws out his 2 cents alot, but i consider him one of the better opposing sticks in there. coronado is a good stick too although he seems to have a hard time keeping it just a game. cobia is a terror in an A20. too many more to name.

our group likes to fly in there and we have alot of fun playing with all the guys. there are people who talk smack on 200 but we ignore it for the most part. im sure in person they are decent people but just get into the spirit of the game too much. i too am guilty of that.

<S> to all that play Midwar!! i die alot but i have fun doing it. keep up the fun !!
