Why is DMC or any other hip hop or rap even included?

its a very broad definition of rock'n'roll - I'd say the stooges are the only nominees that actually represent the ideals and sound.

I could see in the rock and roll hall of fame.


Wanda Jackson... WANDA JACKSON?????

Wanda Jackson is Country not rock.  


Theay must have alot of room if they have to add people that don't belong.  Therefore I don't think that the Rock and Roll Hall of fame is even an honor anymore.

Ok, after looking a later films of Wanda Jackson... she started out playing like Elvis but later got into Country much like failing rock & pop artists do... *cough*, *cough*  JEWEL.
