I'd even throw in the Ju-52 before the P-40N so that the axis has its own transport.
I have to ask, how are you deeming importance?
And do we need another slow transport aircraft irregardless of country? I guess that also depends on how we deem importance. I guess ultimately it's HTC that decides anyway.
